Shipping Policy
Thank you for trusting Omscrubs!
-We deliver our products to you all over Oman. Delivery in Muscat is free! Delivery to all other parts of Oman costs between 2 – 3 OMR.
Purchases over 45 OMR qualify for free delivery to all locations within Oman.
-The delivery will be done from 24 to 72 hours* from purchase. If you have any concerns, please contact us: +968 9744 7719
-We will contact you before the delivery to make sure of your presence.
-The courier will wait for you up to 15 minutes. If at any case you fail to collect your purchase we will provide you with a pick up address to collect your scrubs.
*Please note that delays can happen due to delivery company loads or other reasons such as road closures, weather conditions etc.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept return and refund up to 15 days after the date of delivery if the product is:
-not used
-not washed
-has the original tag
-clean and in new condition.
For exchange, return & refund you will have to visit our shop or ship* the product back to our store within 15 days of delivery with the original bill. We do not have pick up service for refund and return.
*The client is to pay any costs of shipping in case of refund or exchange
